Default Supersprint Exhaust Install on 2020 R AWD

So I recieved my full Supersprint Exhaust including Sport Cats last week after a 4 week build time. Overall, I was very impressed with the build quality of the exhaust system. Packaging was good and was delivered by FEDEX Freight. All of the components were covered in heat shrink plastic in the box.

Did the install over the weekend and ran into a few snags. First snag came when removing the Oxygen sensor from the Bank 2 factory cat. My Bank 2 mid sensor, the one in the center of the cat, threads were stripped apparently when it was installed by the factory so no reusing that. Ordered a replacement Bosch sensor and got that this Tues. Thanks alot JLR!

Second snag was there were no instructions with the exhaust and I had few parts that I had no idea where that were suppose to go or torque values. Roberto was able to get me clarification on this on Monday. Other than that everything pretty self explanatory where it goes,

Proceeded with the rest of the install and got everything torqued down only to find out the Right side sport cat that I was sent is apparently not the correct one. The cat was touching the starter bolt heat shield and at the second to last bend before the mid pipe just before the downstream O2 sensor was physically touching the rear transmission mount.

Props to Roberto as I email him on Sunday night with the issues and photos. He responded back early monday morning saying that the factory had acknowledged the mistake and said it was not right.

It is now Thursday and I have not received anything from the Supersprint factory regarding the path to resolution even after a followup email requesting this information. Daily driver still in the air on jack stands and I am in the dark, I will keep the group advised as to how this goes.

How does the weight of the new exhaust compare to the factory unit?

Didn't compare the weight but they seemed very close.

Supersprint Exhaust system install completed and it does not disappoint. Probably one of the best after market exhaust I have heard to date. Although thing didn't go flawlessly, initially received the wrong right Sport Cat/ down pipe, Roberto was great, going over and above to make sure the transaction went as promised and the replacement Sport Cat/Down pipe was sent out of the factory ASAP when the factory was notified of the error. Jag is notorious for making slight modifications in design between model years which is the most likely culpret as to why the right side down tube Sport Cat was a little too tight to the transmission cradle.

As of this point the is no Check Engine Light being caused by the Oxygen Sensors, knock on wood. If this does materialize I will get the VAP tune to have that issue corrected. I may still get it anyway to take advantage of the added HP and Torque, time will tell. I have included final installed Pics below and will get a short video up soon. System slightly more expensive than the one from Velocity but sounds way nicer IMO, but opinions are like poopers, everyone's got one.

Default JagBass .....

Thank you for your kind words.
Thank you for choosing SuperSprint exhaust system. As I originally stated and promised, our exhaust system has zero droning sound and zero raspy tone. Only a mean aggressive sound!
I'm glad you are happy with your new full exhaust system.
Thank you.
Roberto
PS... we all look forward to seeing/hearing your car on video.

Took a little longer than expected to get this up, better late than never. So far couldn't be happier with the exhaust. No check engine lights, knock on wood, up to this point so no need to modify ECU with tune that may endanger warranty. The tone is hella aggressive.

Great video, thank you. Most of the other videos are on mics that are just being overloaded and you can't hear the actual tone. This may well be my next investment. What does just the catback go for in the U.S., I already have the VAP cats and downpipe. Any videos of driving with valves open/closed?

Roberto can quote you on pricing but should knock about 2000.00 off the total. Sound would probably slightly different if using a different down pipe and cat setup. Again, Roberto could help answer those questions.

Don't have any way to get a outside driving video at this time. I can only say that it would not disappoint. There is 0 drone from the system.Burbles with paddle shifting are epic. I have molded the active exhaust to be able to stay open constantly if I choose making it even better.

I may try a video from inside the car at some point and see how it works out.

First one sounds pretty overloaded to me when valves are open - maybe not placing the mic directly behind the pipes. I'm guessing based on your other reply to JagBass, you're not actually selling these to the public yet?
