Does anyone know if this black plastic surround has a part number. Mine is 2019 R. I hate this stuff but almost all of the car makers use it would like to replace as I just purchased this car and never saw one that did not look this way. Like most looks this way in sun which is worse. thx

 

Your note is confusing: you hate the “piano black” finisher but you want the part number to replace it? Or is the issue that it is full of micro-scratches that mar its appearance? If it is the latter, the answer is child’s-play simple: you get a bottle of automotive scratch remover (essentially a fine polish) and you polish the finisher until the micro-scratches disappear - and then you give it a couple of applications of carnauba wax, the same wax you use on the exterior paint. And then you treat this piece the way the previous owner did NOT, that is, with care.
no need to replace it.
