Default Suspension clatter

Hi there, beggining to suspect my car has the problem that needs the sleeve to correct but not quite sure, can really only hear it when the top is down, there is definitely something there, but it is inconsistent and variable.

Has anyone else had this and does this sound like it?

Also does anyone know the number of the Tech Bulletin that deals with this?

in germany the suspension issue is adressed by JTB00306v5 .
Got both struts replaced on my car but there is still some noise coming
from there . But I can hear it only with the top closed . Nothing to hear
with the top down , so I think you have a different problem .

On my car I had a very annoying metal clatter when passing small potholes which only occurs randomly on the first glance . After several month of investigation I could identify the aluminium heat protection shield between the exhaust and the cars body to be responsible for it . The aluminium sheetmetal distorted by the heat of the exhaust and knocked against the body when passing a pothole . It was depending on outside temperature , driving speed and passed time from vehicle startup . A small deformation to this piece of sheet metal solved the problem .

Hth

Ulrich
