Default SVR with HREs and Velocity AP Springs

Well, I finally received my new wheels and installed them along with the Velocity AP lowering springs and Catless DPs, and the Viezu intercooler heat exchanger upgrade. I also tried the Eurotoys crank pulley, but there were some issues with SVR-specific part changes....more on that later. Everything else went on with a few struggles.

Unfortunately, although HRE performed meticulous measurements, the rear wheels rub and have done some significant damage to my fenders....more on that later. HRE will make everything right, I'm sure....especially considering the costs.

I'm attaching some photos and I'll add more of the install photos soon!

Thank you to Modern Image and HG Performance of San Diego, as they coordinated and performed the install and ate a lot of extra labor costs!!!

What wheel sizes and offsets did they produce for you. Also tire size please. (I'm keeping data on what works and what doesn't)

Let me get back to you with the offsets, but the tires sizes are identical to a stock SVR. The wheels would likely work on a stock height setup, but the drop with the Velocity AP springs is perfect.

According to Omar and Dieter, you got a pulley installed
So, is it off the car now?

Yeah, they put it on and took it off, because something isn't quite right. Mike from Eurotoys supplied the pulley and he is looking into why the fit wasn't quite right. It makes no sense, because it is the same motor, but the thought is that something changed with the 2017.5 model, which the SVR is.

Yes, Jaguar had to change something, will have your new set up done shortly. The car looks & sounds killer!

Thanks Mike, I can't wait! I'll be installing a VelocityAP Touring Catback as well to control the insane loudness!

20"x 11" et30 in the rear. I'm having a shop that rolls a lot of aluminum Ferrari fenders take a look at making the rears work. I only need about 1/4" more clearance to prevent rubbing.

How much lighter are the HREs compared to standard wheels? Are they 21s or 20s?

How much weight did the down pipes save? And it's really that loud?

Is Velocity doing the tune as well?

Hmmm... that should work just fine unless you are wearing 305s instead of 295s.

I have the cats as well, they do save some weight but nothing major, and trust me, yea they're really that loud. Wheels look great btw.

I would guess at the 1:30 position on the right rear tire and 10:30 position on the left.
