Of course it is possible but it is most likely either very difficult or very expensive or both!
I don't know for sure but I think the R exhaust tips are spot welded on so difficult if not impossible to remove without cutting them off and most likely the same for the SVR tips.
Also I doubt if you can buy genuine SVR tips by themselves anywhere, to get them it is almost a certainty you would need to buy the whole SVR exhaust system so several thousand $ and the wrong mufflers to boot!
A much better solution would be after-market tips, a huge range out there and bound to be some that look very much like SVR tips.
Any good/high-end exhaust shop should be able to help with both sourcing tips and fitting them.
