Suggested maintenance? Use it more! Cars do not benefit from sitting, nor from short and infrequent runs. Having said that, I am equally guilty of keeping my F-Type dry and clean in the garage. My (poor) excuse is: too many cars to exercise!

Excellent question from TADATADA
If I may I'd like to add one other question cuz I'm in a similar situation. I have a 2017 model Jaguar F-Type R with only 12,000 mi on the clock. The car has the original pirelli tires which I will replace relatively soon. My car is in a climate controlled storage facility so there's absolutely no sign of a dry rot and therefore it's not an emergency the situation.
But... I am wondering about the plastic Y pipe parts for cooling. Even though the car has 12,000 mi those plastic parts are 7 years old. I'm wondering if those parts become brittle over time even if the mileage is very low. Maybe someone can share the thoughts on this issue. It will also benefit the original poster
Thank you

Our cars all park in a dehumidified garage. We DID replace the OEM flanged plastic pipes with aluminum last year, just because of the plastic's reputation for breaking suddenly.
I have replaced fluids (oil, filters, both engine and transmission...and brake fluid) by TIME not DISTANCE. Hey, it's something to do.
The P.O. replaced O2 sensors prior to 15,000 miles.
If you read these pages, you might want to source new a battery. Our secondary ECO battery is starting to lose power but the primary is working OK.
Oh yeah...I do DRIVE IT for 30 - 60 minutes a week.

Gosh! At 12,000 miles my tyres would be well overdue for replacement - how do you get yours to last so long? 10,000 miles seems to be my regular replacement mileage on all 4 Jaaaags I've had.

About 47,000 km and counting, so around 29,000 miles.
Yes they are getting close to needing replacement but they haven't quite yet hit the wear indicators.
I put the difference down to one main factor - Michelin PS4S vs Pirelli P-Zero.
No I don't drive Miss Daisy, I lost count many years ago of the number of speeding tickets, my best guess is between 50 and 100.
That said I no long drive hard around the twisties like I used to.
