Coffee is fine, but so far, no food.

Smoking, but I'm fortunate that none of my friends or family smoke. Anything else can be cleaned up, so although 'muddy shoes' annoy me, it's easily sorted.

On a road trip, water is allowed. I wish I had a cubby instead of cup holders in the console.

No eating or drinking at all, nothing nada zip zero zilch, not even water.
This is one of the biggest differences I notice between Oz and US drivers (well old fart Oz drivers like me anyway).
In the US cup holder count and size is important to many/most coz many/most drink something while driving, in Oz it is of no importance whatsoever to most drivers although the young'uns and soccer moms are changing that.

Anything that can fall into the lower groove drivers seat nearest the passenger. Bermuda Triangle. I probably have keys, fobs, money, in that crack.

My regular cab Tundra has 3 seats and (no kidding) 8 cupholders. But don't drink and drive!
I also banned denim shorts from the Jag. Although I feel those should be outlawed entirely..

No eating in the car and of course no smoking but I don't know anyone who smokes anyway. I do take a bottle of water if the drive will be more than an hour or so, but no coffee or soft drinks. The cup holders in the console are ridiculously small. I keep a six pack of those little 8 oz. water bottles around just to use in the car. The usual 16 oz. bottles are so tall as to be a nuisance and tip over when cornering.

And most of all I don't allow any complaining about my driving. I tell female passengers if they want me to drive faster, just scream and close their eyes.

It's sort of a pointless question... "A lot of things" is the only answer. But if you want it spelled out, okay: no manure is a big one, or open bottles of ammonia, and I'm sure we can come up about 10,000 more...

I discourage open coffee/soda cups for practical reasons, but, in general, I believe that if you can't enjoy the car, you can't afford the car.

A friend of mine once said he couldn't understand why I would allow smoking in my e-Type. My wife responded,
"There are worse things in life than a woman with an oral fixation." I don't believe the topic ever came up again.

Ms. Stabenow, you really touched on (no pun intended) a pet peeve of mine. I want to scream when I see someone swinging a door shut by pushing on the window glass. Especially on today's very common frameless windows. It can't be good for the window and mechanism to move the mass of the door by using the window glass. And if they add additional insult to injury by leaving greasy fingerprints on the glass I really have steam coming out of my ears.

I have even seen Jay Leno do it on very, very valuable cars on his show Jay Leno's Garage. He of all people should know better !

How about something more constructive, like changing the title to: "Things you allow in your F-Type."
