Shift,
Sorry to hear about your tires and wheels.
If you want to have the wheels checked and repaired I highly recommend Rite Way Tire & Wheel in Walnut Creek. It's near the WC BART station.

It's a small shop but they do excellent work, lots of high end cars there. They don't even have a web site. My wife is really hard on wheels (she doesn't drive my cars) and these guys have fixed some pretty ugly stuff so that you can't even tell it was ever damaged. I even take my new tires there to be mounted because I don't trust tire shops with my wheels.
If I had to replace two tires, I would probably take the opportunity to put on Michelin PSS tires in an upsize like you are thinking.
Good luck,
Wayne

Another option is California Wheels in Campbell. I've had some work done with them (caliper job) so not nearly as strong a recommendation as Wayne's, but their yelp reviews kinda say it all.

Thanks for all the tips/info. You guys were right, apparently they can do amazing work fixing wheels these days. I have no idea how they did it. It's one thing to resurface but my wheels had bits of metal missing at the edge. But got it back looking brand new. I've been trying to see where the fix was but I can't.

Ended up just sticking w/ the PZeros because the left side is still so new. Will try the PSS when this set is done.

Good news, Glad you are back in business! Lets go for a drive again soon. I have full set of Dr.Beasley's detailing products in my garage if you fancy a few hours of buffing and waxing too
