Agreed. The pano roof opens up the cockpit nicely, and made it possible for me to opt for the coupe over the convertible.

HUGE CONGRATULATIONS TO YOU! That certainly beats the original April estimate your dealer gave you.

Got my VIN today and the build sheet. Build sheet has a random sales code I don't recognize, so it will be interesting to find out what that is:

H06F - Carbon Seat Trim Insert

I'm right here in Baltimore's Inner Harbor. Can I pick it up for you? I guarantee I'll get it to you a lot FASTER than otherwise.

10 days to cross the Atlantic, that seems very fast. Is this. A 16? Mine was one of the first built, I'd be very surprised if you took delivery two weeks before me.

Has pricing on the 2016 models been announced yet? My delivery is still scheduled for June even though its my dealers first allocation

10-12 days is a good average for an Atlantic crossing. The auto carriers cruise at about 14kts. (16 mph) under normal sea conditions, and it's about 3300 miles, so about 206 hrs at cruise speed. They do have to slow down in rough seas, are crawling as they are approaching harbors, and sometimes have to stop and wait in cue to dock.

I thought someone must be having a joke with you, but...it appears they recycle ship names: Atlantic Conveyor

Congrats on your delivery to be!

Pricing has not yet been announced. That is rumored to occur at the end of this month just before the first arrivals.

My dealer hasn't even been permitted to enter his first MT allocation into the ordering system yet, so all bets are off regarding timing.

Yes it is a '16. Ordered sometime around Thanksgiving. I tried to order a '15 but apparently JLR was not accepting new orders.

After checking W&W tracking for several days, my car finally showed up on Monday as being booked in Southampton, received in Liverpool and then assigned to the vessel Atlantic Conveyor. Unusual ship as it is both a container ship and a limited auto transport.

The big question now will be if it gets held at VPC. I believe this will be one of the first shipments of the '16 and I hope all paperwork, pricing, customs...etc. is in order so it can be released to the dealer in a timely fashion.

Hmm are you sure its a 16? My dealer was accepting 15 orders all the way up to Jan. I wanted a 16 and had to use up one of their 16 allocations for delivery in June

Positive. I have the order number, VIN number and build sheet in hand.

The dealer might have thought he was placing orders for '15's, but I'm willing to bet that they were actually '16's in allocation. To my knowledge the factory stopped excepting new orders sometime in the later part of Nov. or early Dec.

Wallenius Wilhelmsen

• Go to “track and trace” cargo section on the homepage.
• Enter the VIN in the “Cargo ID” field of the form
• Hit “Track”
• Status will be displayed once Wallenius has taken taken possession of the car and selected it for shipment.
• You will then know the ships name.
• If “no records are available” is displayed, Wallenius Wilhelmsen does not yet have your car in their possession, your car is not being
transported by their fleet, or the tracking system is lagging behind actual status – which is quite common.

Well you are just incredibly helpful! Looks like mine is also scheduled to ship out on the Atlantic Conveyor with yours. Scheduled to arrive on Feb. 26th it currently says.

Now of course they could have a port hold on these cars, which could delay delivery. This is quite common if they need to flash software or retrofit vehicles with last minute parts.
