I thought so too and did not remember hitting anything and when I ran my handover it today discovered the scuff mark was dirt. But perhaps it still got a bit crunched late last year.

And I agree with BritCars it looks like that wheel hit something.
yes P4S tires in this case with about 25k miles on them. They continue to serve me well despite this little blemish.
