Topix oil capacity V owners manual

I took my V6S AWD in for its first service.
After all the stories on here about overfilling the oil I was quite anxious. When they handed back the car I checked the oil level and it read OK, so that was a relief.
However the paperwork showed that they had added 7.25 litres instead of the 6.5 for AWD.
The workshop controller told me that they put my VIN into Topix and Topix said 7.25 litres !
I pointed out that it was AWD and the owners manual says 6.5 litres. They said that they go by Topix. Well the oil level showed OK and still does so a bit of a puzzle.
I emailed CRC and asked why Topix gives a different figure from the owners manual.
They replied by just sending me a link to the owners manual.....ie they hadn’t bothered to read my email correctly.
So I got the dealer to contact Jaguar and ask about the two different figures.
I’ve been back and forth with emails, this is the latest from Jaguar...
.
I have escalated this to the technical team and they have advised me the following.
The capacities are both correct. The oil capacity of the sump is 6.5 but the filter takes approx .75 to fill so the combined volume is 7.25.
I can confirmt the retailer did put the right amount of oil needed when carrying out the service.

This in spite of the manual saying that the 6.5 figure includes the filter.

Does anyone have a copy of these numbers you could share: 6.5l of oil required for the AWD versus 7.25l for the RWD? I cannot find these numbers in my owner manual and I do not have TOPIX. I have a 2019 AWD R, and just had my oil changed at the dealer for the second time this year... and got an oil overfill for the second time! I would like something in print to show them.
Thank you!

Since day 1, RWD has been 7.25L and AWD 6.75L. It seems both Topix and the dealers just can't get this straight.
