TPMS leaking

I purchased a Jaguar service kit when I had a rim refurbished on my XK. Only needed one but they come in fives. Used another one from the same kit to fit a new wheel on my F-PACE last month. F-TYPE uses the same valve stem.
If you have a leak, it must either be from the valve (arrowed in red) which is a standard item available in any tyre shop and removed with the standard tool shown in your photo or the rubber 'O' ring in the valve stem (arrowed in blue) which seals between the valve stem and the TPMS sensor.
The valve can be removed and replaced without any further dismantling. The stem seal replacement requires the tyre dismounting from the wheel rim.

It is also possible that the Schrader valve is just loose. You can use the tool in your picture to tighten the valve (red arrow in @GGG photo above).
I might try that before getting a kit, and/or breaking the bead on the tire (you will need a tire machine/shop for that, and if the tire rotates any on the wheel, you will need to have it re-balanced). FYI. As mentioned the valves and tool are available most anywhere.
No idea where you are located, but even stores like Wal-Mart have the tools and valves. Also, Auto Zones and Advance Auto Parts...etc...

^^ Good advice here.
The FIRST thing to do:
Squirt the valve and its base with soapy water. If it starts to 'blow bubbles', then YES it is the valve.
I've had tire shops fail to properly tighten the valves several times in my life. Easy fix, luckily.
++++++++++++++
If the actual valve isn't leaking, go around the rim-to-tire interface with the soapy water. Often, rim damage from potholes occurs on the INNER edge.

One other possibility?
When I changed the TPMS on my 2014 XJR I had one leak the next week. Took it back to Discount Tire and was shocked to see them attacking the rim with a cordless drill!! Guy showed me the tool they use to redress the valve stem ports. Apparently a small bit of damage was done to the rim where the TPMS seal. Their tool fixed this in a few seconds. Reinstalled everything and no more leaks.
