Track Day towing?

Track Day towing?
So exactly where do I screw in the tow hooks for my F Type? I know the Silver one goes in the front, but where? And the shorter black one goes in the back, but again, where?
For the front I see a small section on the right side of the center black bar of the grill, does that just pop out or is there some trick to removing it? And the rear, where? Beats me.
Certainly don't expect to need either but if I have them might as well put them in, just in case.
Right front of grill, is this a pop out or what?
I think the long silver one is for the front, the black is for the rear. Yea, nea?
Any and all help is greatly appreciated!

Silver one for the front, throw away the black one.
Yes, that little square panel on the right end of the central grille bar is hiding the front tow hook hole. Just pop it open with your thumbnail on the inside edge, it won't fall off as it has a little tether on it. And the tow hook has a reverse thread so the opposite of "righty tighty lefty loosey".
The black one goes in the rear but it is used for factory transport only and is never meant to be used again, and definitely NOT as a race track tow hook!

I've never seen one of the black ones. Mine was discarded before my car was delivered.
For the front one, definitely put it in before going on track. Unexpected things happen out there, and you don't want a harmless slide to end up causing body damage only because the corner workers didn't know where to hook up. Depending on the organizers, it might even be required.
