Haha, thanks guys; it is a 1970 Superbee 440-6. I restored it from this:

to this:

...took me 10 years though!

Cheers,
Dave

My bad; I'm not too familiar with Mopars - although I do like them. I'm more intuned with first generation Mustangs.

I'm a huge musclecar enthusiast and have been lucky to own a number of different ones over the years.....never had a mustang though I did almost buy a mint black 1969 428 SCJ fastback once upon a time....

I had a '68 Road Runner for a year or so. Bought it for $1.00 and towed it home from Florida. Got it home and realized that it was a basket case. The only thing not rusted was the glass. The A pillars barely held the door hinges. The B pillars were rusted through. Really unfortunate since it was numbers matching and only 38k original miles. Sold it for $1,000. Still have a few pieces of glass for it that I'd like to get rid of.

Your SB sure looks a lot like the RR did save the hood, grill and bumper. Even the same color - Forest Green IIRC.

Yep, all the '68 - '70 B-Bodies share quite a bit. I was lucky as the 'Bee was a California car and had only minor rust.......still took me 10 years and a new F type R amount of cash to bring it back though! LOL ......sold it last year; I didn't have it for sale but somebody made me an offer I couldn't refuse so I decided to part with it. I regret it periodically. Color is F8 Dark Green Metallic in Dodge Lingo, Ivy Green Metallic for Plymouth (same color)

My first car was a shiny new banana yellow 1969 Mercury Cougar Eliminator. Wish I had kept it. I have a 1968 Pontiac GTO (about to undergo restoration). This was my favorite car of all time. I can't wait. Finally, My 1972 De Tomaso Pantera is the best of both worlds, muscle car Mustang Boss C351 engine with an exotic, sexy Italian body. Just did an engine transplant with a built Cleveland 351, it's going to put out over 500hp on a 2800 lb. car that's only 43" tall, in other words, a 500hp go cart.

That is a great looking Super Bee, similar color to my Verduro Green GTO. Brings back memories of our drag racing days and crusing Van Nuys Blvd.

Nice work! Looks very well done.
My son and I are in a 71 charger restore. Took out the damaged 383, have a rebuilt 440, 30 over bore. Next is conversion of 3 speed auto to lightning shifter. Will be more of a rest mod.

Default ceiling

Garage is looking great, brilliant to have space to get two ramps in, will you be doing your ceiling as well, for me its a must as it stops loads of dust coming from roof

If you board on top of the horizontal roof members you would create storage above and reduce dust below

Think Id use plywood or floor boards if you were going to use as a storage area
