There doesn't seem to be much going on here in the UK, but post September (keep or trade decision time), I would be happy to be proved wrong...

Are you being serious, there's plenty of us over here with VAP tunes, pulleys, cats etc for v8's and v6's.
Just speak with David Appleby, there an aston martin specialist but have an agreement with VAP.

There may be, but I'm interested in having an OEM tune loaded without tripping any alarms next time it gets serviced. VAP tunes may do this, while pulleys are (potentially...) adding Torque where I don't want it (at lower rpm).

So official V6S or '400' tunes only, loaded such that not only is the car happy under all conditions, but so is the JLR diagnostic system when connected.

I know that you're only talking about the V6, but it's notable that the V6 and V8 are based on the same design and architecture. With the V8, there have been 495hp, 550hp and a couple 575hp versions with no difference at all to the engine internals or design. The V6 is arguably more robust per litre than the V8 is for the aforementioned reasons.

Frankly I think both the V6 and V8 F type powerplants have proven themselves to be robust at the stock power levels (all of them) and beyond. I certainly wouldn't worry about a VAP tune on a V6 pushing power to a level that the design can't handle....nor would I base any decision on that "other" thread.
