V6s Rwd or Awd ?

For example in the US and Canada the F-Type R (V8) became AWD only from I think 2016 onwards while in other markets you could still get a RWD version, and the P450 (detuned version of the V8) is available in both RWD and AWD.
But one thing for sure with the V6 regardless of market is the manual trans version was only ever RWD never AWD.

I have the AWD in my 2016 - wonderful car. Very much the best of all worlds for the street...rain/snow mode for more of a quattro even torque....super planted. For other modes, it is probably 90% rwd biased but on a standing start the traction is immense.
Yes, a little heavier, and you need to deal with the fluids in the transfer case and front diff...but I like it. I am very pro awd though so am biased.....I use it all year and we see severe weather sometimes.

RWD vs AWD in the V6-S depended on year. As stated above, the early years did not offer AWD. Personally, in the V6, I'd be fine either way, although if I lived in a snowy region, I'd definitely perfer AWD. In milder weather, RWD just adds to the fun. So, depending on whether you're in the European Moselle vs SC Moselle (others?), it would make a difference.
As an aside, if you were to look at the V8's, I'd opt for AWD. You get plenty of rear end fun out of the V6, and I'd prefer AWD to manage the added HP of the V8. (Not that I'd kick one out of the bed.)

Bienvenu! I assume that you're not far from my neck of the woods. As others have said it was an option.
I'm obviously a bit biased but think that the best setup for a V6S is RWD. Less weight, no front transfer case etc and you get the limited slip diffferential. You also get the launch control feature if you want to be really quick off the line. I daily my car all year, think the AWD is pretty pointless in our part of the world and I never had any traction issues except when the OEM P Zeros were reaching the end of their life. With a set of MPS4S it's rock solid in the summer and for the winter you're fine with a set of winter wheels.
The AWD makes perfect sense with the V8 though and I have to say it's a really good system. I had it with the same V6 engine in my old XF and it was clearly very rear wheel biased although it made the car heavier and thirstier.

The car will not be a daily , but a week end car
I love rwd car , and i will look for a RWD only

Unless you already tried that we have the best driving roads in the region in northern Lux. Insanely good twisty roads, no cameras or police and hardly any traffic.
