The only way I was able to do it was pipe into the intake manifold near the back of the engine. We did that when we were checking out the VAP tune on the dyno.

Unhinged method obviously gets a reading from a separate pressure sensor.

I wonder if there's a MAP (manifold absolute pressure) sensor after the supercharger outlet that could be accessed via obd port.

It would surprise me if there wasn't such a sensor to provide that input to the ECU .

I read my SC boost on my Android Phone connected to the OBD port.

I haven’t tried that yet. For logging boost against Lamda and hp, we needed to physically connect the tap to the dyno.

I would have thought you could export the graph data from the dyno and merge it with the graph data from the phone if it could be done from a dyno as a .csv file or something simple perhaps?
Take into consideration that I know very little about dynos, I thought they were some prehistoric creature!

Easier to just let the (modern) dyno do all the logging.

You ask a great question! I have tried to monitor boost pressure using multiple OBDII devices as there are several MAP sensors listed depending on what software is used. I know the 5.0L SC V-8 has at least 2 MAP sensors. One before the SC and one after the SC. But none of my numbers seem to even get close to what I read on-line?

I have a 2014 XJR with a VAP lower pulley and their stage II tune. I have only seen 11.5-12 psi maximum as it's hard to read the peak numbers when the car is pulling so hard. You only have a couple of seconds before the car is going 100+ MPH! I have read that stock we should see 12-14 psi and tuned up to 18 psi?

Different problem reading the Cat temperatures? Shows I am breaking down the cats (Temperatures too high!) according to the tuner but I don't feel any timing being pulled and the car does not appear to go into heat soak?
So I think I am not reading things right and my numbers are all wrong.
