As a skeptic, that's hilarious. But the word is the opposite of what you are saying, and maybe you got through a bit of the video, but the whole thing.

The idea is that we all think *we* are #1, when we're just extras in everyone else's existence. It means that when we take our ego's out of the equation, we realize the empathy that connects us all. It's saying we're all insignificant, and we'll never be able to comprehend the beauty of the human condition that is truly what brings us all together. Try to get through the full video. I think it winds up on your point for the first half, and then the 2nd half is "BUT". Yeah... it's still millennial. LOL

That's a difference in the plate system between the US and UK for example. In the UK it is possible to determine the model year by the plate sequence so some folks "hide" it with a vanity plate. The assigned plate usually stays with the car through owner changes.

In the US, there's no correlation to model year/plate. Plates often change when the car is sold and getting a "vanity" plate is easy if it isn't already on the road. So I guess people get them for vanity reasons or just a bit of fun, just like choosing different wheel trims.

And as a fan of "old top gear" my plate as you can see, is JAAAAG....I keep hearing it in Jeremy Clarkson's voice in my head.

Was able to order courtesy Florida plates today:

FJAG

These are on Jacksonville Jaguars team plates with illustration of a Jaguar head on them.
Takes about 8 weeks.

Yep,I am. Thanks for posting the picture. They actually issued a redesigned one this week.
Different jaguar head is illustrated and the black border on the bottom is teal like the top
type. I must admit that is easier to like my car then the team this season.

This plate is very respectable to have on ones car. It sends a message that you support BLUE. Cops appreciate it.

As others have mentioned, in Britain the licence plate system is very different from the U.S. one, and very restrictive.

We were able to get JR 5l XFR for our XFR though.

how do you make your car look important stand out from the crowd.
And not in distasteful way.

Probably just washing it would be head start

Never really understood vanity plates. They are an expensive option in this country (or at least in my State) and you see them on clapped out 20 year old Hyundai's with peeling clear coat, but the teen girlies driving them think they are just faaaaaabulous. They could have had a service and a new set of tyres but they would rather have plates that say "SXYGRL". Also the ones that just repeat badges that are already on the car are pretty special, not sure why you would do that.

Of course, the license plate holder says the same thing, again, as well. That stuff baffles me.

You actually have enough spare gray matter to ponder such matters?

Close, but the German word is besonders. Such as "Du glaubst wohl dass Du was besonderes bist?"

You think you are something special?

Correct meaning but a different spelling.

"Besonders" is an adjective. I am referring to "Sonder" as an element of a concatenation of several terms into a very descriptive noun for which German is so famous. "Ja, Ich bin ein Sonderkind".

Oooh this stuff is hilarious. I would love to put something absolutely baffling like the original word I mentioned, but true about the crystals thing. Funny.

I'm still not drawn to personalized, *YET*, but a simple "BRG" could be fun. =)

had to keep this plate. Had it on 2 Vipers, 2 Z06's, Challenger Hellcat , GT-R and now my F type R. Had to slow down a bit, don't have the reaction time those lightning bolts had.
