Great plate, but your registration expiration stickers are crooked!

It does buick, it certainly does. But so does the car without any plate. It speaks - barks, snarls, snaps, crackles and pops - for itself.

The downside of personalized plates:

If you're driving like a complete ***, you'll be easier to remember. I saw quite recently a white F-Type convertible with a vanity plate, and the driver was bad, and not in a "good to be" kind of way. Changing three lanes at once without signaling, with someone in that third lane having to brake to avoid being hit? I was aggressively unimpressed.

Hope it wasn't 15FTYPE, or whatever Shift's is.

This is true. When I drive w/ vanity plates I'm a little more cautious for fear of retribution. E.g., even if the guy in front of me does something really stupid, I probably won't honk or make a fuss about it for fear of getting keyed when I park. Just not worth the potential revenge, especially since our cars + vanity is so distinctive. When I'm in the dog mover, I'll let others have a piece of my mind if they cut me off, etc.

Buick doesn't either - guess that's a pretty good alibi. Those idiots in their convertibles...

That's funny... a couple weeks ago a white convertible passed me on Pico going the opposite direction, and they too were driving like an ***-hat.

Must be something about white convertibles (sorry Foosh)

I get a kick out of these plates and leave our Tar Heel alone.

Anyone in California order the black and yellow Lagacy Plates and received them? I placed my order back in May and haven't received a letter or notice that that have arrived at the DMV. However I know that they have processed it because my plate number sequence is no longer available when I try to input it again on the DMV Website

Finally heard from NJMVC. One of my requested plates was rejected (FNFAST). I called them and the agent laughed..she said "FNWAY"!! Two of my others were already taken (FASTCAT and ITSAJAG). So next week my GD2BBAD plate should arrive. No worries Foosh, NJ does not have any stickers that I need to adhere crooked or otherwis!

Guess we'll have to post pics of GD2BBAD as they get issued by state.

I've spotted quite a few newly issued black/yellow plates so they are definitely sending them out.
