On Saturday on a back road drive I got to swap cars with @greggbhill F Type S sans tune. On back roads compared to the VAP tune you missed the extra torque and had to wind out the engine more. With the tune’s extra torque you could be a gear higher in most turns. Overall the power felt more effortless with the tune and made it easier to drive fast to the limit of my Continentals. On a side note, Gregg’s Michelin’s MP4S are a significant improvement.
I also put over 200 highway miles this weekend and got 31.4 mpg which is better than stock. The extra low end torque of the tune allows a light foot which I think accounts for the increase. Once you dig into the throttle you get slightly worse fuel economy than stock
