video on California's new anti ECU tuning law
Hi Guys,
I watched this video and wanted to share it as it's an informative video for California residents and anyone else who's concerned about the anti ECU tuning law spreading to other states.
I wonder if Mr Hair Gel will survive the week.

That video is completely devoid of any information about the new testing and verification. It's got some politics and some mild anti-government ranting, but no content I found useful.

Can we just all agree to go ahead and skip the whole thing where we have a thread full of people from the rest of the country hating on California till the moderators come in and delete it all / lock the post like every other time this topic comes up?
Thanks.
Thanks.

The problem I have with Californians is that a lot of the crazy ones are moving to Texas and driving the land prices through the roof.
I have some family that live out there, both the crazy and the good kind. Truthfully, I hope both groups stay there, lol.

I don't know what kind of anti-California responses are usually posted here, but you ought to see what happens on any firearms related forums when any type of discussion involving California comes up. And most of the responses are of no value to the topic whatsoever. Just a lot of people running their mouth (or fingers) about how they would never live here, why don't we move, blah blah blah
As far as people wanting to escape California for states like Texas, Utah, Idaho, Montana and Arizona, most of them are doing so for lower taxes, lower costs of living, less crowded conditions and less oppressive politics. Yes, I understand that current residents of those states are concerned with having the property values go up but you would be well served by welcoming people who think the same as you do.
It is short sighted and bigoted to assume that everyone who is escaping California are the fruits & nuts that have screwed up my once fine State that everyone wanted to come to, and now want to export the craziness to yours. As seen by last night's recall election, the good people are simply outnumbered.

I think we have your answer. I was hoping that video would finally get to the point and have some real information on the the new inspection protocol, but my 13+ minute investment in it returned nothing. I hope the mods do lock and/or delete this thread.

If you mean "quitter" then yes. I was hoping for useful technical information, but there is none to be found in this thread.
