Wait I paid full price ...got a license plate frame (I had to mount it myself as the dealer had installed their dealership frames already).
My delivery was delayed as I needed to discuss tire and wheel warranty packages before I could accept delivery. I was crying because I just wanted them to let me leave

Whilst this video is from the dealer, the story and experience is clearly very authentic. I take my hat off to the dealership for doing a great job; both in covering the car for a reveal and the gift in the boot/trunk. These little things make a huge difference.
Most in my experience park the car out front, poorly prepared and create zero sense of occasion. They say that after a house this is your next biggest purchase. You'd never know it with the way most dealers perform a car handover.
Really good job to Marshalls for sharing the story and how it should be done.
Thats how you create customers for life. Most sales people could learn everything the need to know from these two powerful minutes.
