How much trust can you put into an aftermarket 2 piece crank pulley though? The moment that thing starts wobbling especially at the accelerated speeds due to under driving of the pullies. IMO I would leave the crank pulley alone as it is major part of the driveline. That pulley comes off and shaves the keyway of the crankshaft, there goes your motor.

I just posted that you could and the price and where to send it and how much power you'd get in this thread...

It's important to remember that parts considered to be "OEM," are purchased from vendors as well. The only difference is that a manufacturer hopefully did a careful evaluation of quality and reliability, but, of course, we all know that there are OEM parts failures as well.
There are high-quality aftermarket parts every bit as good and sometimes better than "OEM" and vice-versa.

Also, can you guys imagine the type of fun we could have if we had the same level of aftermarket support as the big three have? I would love to hear a big cam Jaguar V8 pushing 1000hp!

I'd grab a pair of 200 cell catted downpipes for now to get rid of the number one performance inhibiting issue, high cat temperatures. High temps will melt the stock cats fast, so the ECM switches to protection mode when this happens. It only takes about 2 seconds at WOT for the temps to reach over 1500 degrees F.
As for the blower, I'm thinking about picking up a replacement OEM blower for the R to have ported and polished and pulley swapped. About $3K for the parts.

Their head of technical left in 2014 due to him not agreeing to falsify dyno runs and marketing material. When he tried to post the information online they took out an injunction at the high courts in UK stopping him from publicising the truth.
Paul Busby together with Linda Busby stole the company from their technical director and are not to be trusted.

That's just the down stream o2 sensor reading the catalytic system being below threshold. No negative performance, more of a diagnostic warning indicating that the cats aren't operating properly (which they aren't since they're allowing much more flow.)
Shouldn't trip the CEL on the dash and if it does it'll go away after a day or so.

The codes will not go away but if you trip the CEL it will be temporary and go away. May come back intermittently though. I find if you have 200 cell cats and nothing else you'll trip the CEL on a ~weekly basis. The more exhaust you have the less often it comes on.

A tuner can easily shut those codes off from alarming or can expand the parameters to prevent a code being thrown. I had that same issue with the same codes on the GM crate engine I installed in the FJ40.
