List price on our F Type R ECU Tuning is $1995 + Shipping. During our initial JaguarForums.com sale cost is only $1000 for the ECU tune (not including shipping) and $150 for the pulley (again not including shipping).
The process of tuning your ECU is performed by sending you a laptop and OBD tool that you the end user will use to read out the base/stock tune. The base file is then emailed to us at sales.vmaxtuning@gmail.com and remapped asap. We then email back the tuned/remapped file for you to write to the ECU and you are done.
The entire process takes around 1hr, the read portion around 15 minutes, the write around 5 minutes and the rest of the time is spent with us remapping the base file for you.
The upper supercharger pulley can be installed by anyone that’s ever done an upper supercharger pulley swap on a positive displacement supercharger. The process can take anywhere between 2-4hrs depending on the comfort level of the tech.

What is the diameter of the pulley being offered as measured at the peaks of the grooves?
Presently 60.5mm, as you noted there really isn't much room to go any smaller up top. As written in the PM I just fired over we think the +10mm lower crank pulleys are going to be the way to go for both V6 and V8 cars. We are hoping to have racked up enough miles on the R&D test cars to release them in the next 6-8 weeks.

What is the diameter of the OEM crank pulley? How much of the front end needs to be disassembled to install the lower pulley. (bumper skin, radiator,etc.?)
And so long too.... Where else do you find a 5 year 60,000 mile manufacturer warranty? Damn, what problems we Jaguar owners have!

Had I not been previously twice bitten with both a Z06 and BMW engine replacements (both completely stock) under warranty, I'd be less worried about it. But, I should also add that's only 2 out of 50 or more vehicles I've owned over the years. At least a half dozen of those were tuned and otherwise not OEM.
I'd really like to do it, and I'm pretty impressed the VMaxTuning's openness here.

12K on the BMW and 20K on the Z06. The Z06 showed no symptoms until it just ate a valve and bent a pushrod at fairly low rpm. The BMW was burning 2 quarts of oil every 1K miles for most of it's life up until the failure. BMW said it was within normal consumption.
Really tempted as I would love to have a bit more pull out of the R, but I think I'll give it two years (3 total) and if I'm still wanting to keep it I'll do the tune. Since I have the MY15 my warranty would only have 1 more year on it. Plus there should be plenty of data from you guinea pi....err early customers by then.

We have been tuning the AJ Series III SC and NA V8s since '11 when they used a Denso ECU. No issues or failures.

It's "locked" to the ECU in your car, it's not transferable. There are no actual ECU remaps that work this way, only the CANBUS piggybacks that aren't as safe by allowing the manipulation of information flowing into the ECU via infinite end user control.
We'll probably bump the price to $1500 on the way to actual list after the first 10 F Type R's from this forum.
We'll be in San Diego later this week (Wed-Thurs) doing 2-3 local F Type Rs this week and have 3 more scheduled to use slaves/laptops next week all over the country.
We are presently looking at late next week as arrival days for slaves/laptops for those now getting in line.
