I have spoken with my service guy numerous times about mods done and mods we will be doing and he seemed very ok with it.
His response was "Glad to see people using these cars like they should be used and unless the mod directly causes the failure, we will warranty it".
He said the Tune should not damage anything and he does not care.
I would go to your local dealer and talk to an adviser if you're that worried about it.
I have tuned every vehicle I've ever owned (Numerous sports cars and a couple of diesel trucks where we did DPF/EGR deletes) and have never had a warranty issue.
I had a 3500 Dodge that was tuned and deleted and it blew up the tranny on the drag strip and dodge still replaced it.
I think it's more about the relationship than anything else.
Agree, I spoke with the master mechanic at my dealer and he said about the same thing... he did caution however that with a catastrophic engine failure the entire ECU is sometimes shipped to Jaguar and they could read the modification... still, they have been surprisingly reasonable in the past
.. I would still go with the notion that if I cannot afford to replace the engine, then maybe don't go 'whole hog' on the mod's.

I'd say your in for at least $40+ k, if the motor needs to be replaced.
It also bears mentioning that these are public forums, and if one goes boasting about how her dealer arranged to be reasonable with her publicly, you create a chain of events that is not pleasant for any of us.
I don't plan to modify my car, but I would be very unlikely to post publicly, and even less likely to give identifying information like my dealer's name or even "local dealer" when my location is on my profile.
I am not promulgating fraudulent activity. An intake or exhaust will not cause engine failure unless there were defective parts already. But I doubt the one who cuts the check (JLR) will see it that way.
Bottom line: keep it to yourselves. Shut your e-mouths. Your actions have consequences. This isn't your private bubble. Other people use the internet as well.
In the UK at least, by law the dealer would have to prove that the aftermarket part was the cause of any attempted warranty claim.
Having said that, it's no doubt a grey area if you try to claim for a blown engine when you've got an aftermarket induction system fitted (as I'm sure they'd try to void the warranty in that case, just because, even if they didn't actually think it was the cause), but I'm not aware of any case law where such refusal has occurred and the owner has subsequently taken it to court.

Winter weather here in NJ is aweful so the car is taking a nap in garage until weather gets better and road salts are washed away from Spring rain.

But as a general rule, when someone goes out on a limb for you, don't put them in a compromising position and make them regret their generosity. We all lose that way.

I know it's a glamour shot, but it looks really nice. I wonder how much intake gulp can be heard with those on.
I've had the Eventuri intake for over a month and just got it installed by an experienced Jaguar mechanic down in the city, as it was going to be easier with a lift and I don't have one. As well I've had a knee operation (too much past hockey) that meant a drive over a half hour was not a good idea.
Just about everyone in their shop came by to look at it as it does appear very professional and slick.. too bad you can't really see it once installed.
Beware of ground clearance vrs. standing water as the intake is just above the front lip area so its maybe half a foot above the ground at best.
I turned off the dynamic mode and with the window opened you can hear the blower whine fairly clearly during acceleration, but not really during cruise. With the exhaust open I could just barely hear it and I suppose if someone was standing outside as I approached them during acceleration they would really hear it.
Can't say I felt any additional power and I did not really expect to with the smallish gains vrs. 600+ current (tuned) h.p.. and whatever torque.
Glad I did it as I do like doing these novelty sort of things and if you like some blower whine then its quite good. I did get rid of the engine cover ages ago.
