Default Weight of Factory Forged Wheels Vs. Aftermarket

I have read several comments here that the factory optional forged wheels are on the porky side regarding their weight compared to aftermarket forged wheels.
Is that a generalization because for example, the Jaguar Style 5062 has more "meat" on it as compared to many of the aftermarket forged wheels which are more "skeletonized" ? I looked at about 11 pages of photos here in the thread about aftermarket wheels and frankly, I didn't find that many that looked attractive on the F type. About the only ones that really did it for me are the Avant Garde Style 621 rotary forged wheels which are a 10 spoke design and look like there would be some weight savings just from the style.

I didn’t bother to weigh my BC forged because my purchase wasn’t based on weight savings but they are definitely much lighter than my factory cast wheels and with the extra width and offsets the car is now both more nimble and planted.
I don’t recall anyone actually weighing the factory forged wheel but I thought there was a listed weight somewhere in the JLR brochure that was posted.
Is your main objective weight reduction or looks ?

It is primarily looks. The standard wheels on the Model P380 are the 20" Style 6003 which I don't find particularly attractive. I like the optional alloy Style 5060 wheels but understand that forged wheels should offer the advantage of lower unsprung weight.
So I am considering the factory Style 5062 forged 5 spoke wheels but if they are fairly heavy an aftermarket forged wheel at about half the cost might be an option. Although by the time I figure in shipping, dismounting and mounting my tires to the new rims, setting up the TPMS, and the hassle of selling the factory wheels to recover some cost I may not be that far ahead on the cost.

If your ordering the wheels on a new car, might be a wash on costs but if your just buying factory wheels to swap your existing wheels I would think you would incur all the same associated costs plus a more expensive wheel.
You didn’t specify.

Avant Garde are not forged wheels. They are a spin-cast. That being said, they are lighter than both Jaguar factory cast and Jag factory forged. But they are heavier than a traditional aftermarket forged wheel. I have the M632 and was looking up the info on them a while back. Can't recall actual weights now but the YouTube Skrrt guy weighed one of the Jag forged and only found them to be about 5 or 6 lbs lighter.

It would be ordering wheels on a new car built in the color and options that I find most desirable. Jaguar wants anywhere from $3720 to $5200 extra for the optional wheels which seems like a lot of money. The factory standard Style 6003 wheels have a list price of $3840 a set, and Jaguar is not applying that much credit (actually none at all) against a different set if you don't want them and pick an optional type.

For example, on the build page of the website, adding optional wheels Style 5062 adds exactly $5200 to the price of the vehicle, not $5200 - $3840 for the Style 6003 set that Jaguar gets to keep and use on another car. I guess I could take that up with the salesperson when the order is placed. If Jaguar were to just charge the difference of $1360 to upgrade to the set that I like, the forged wheels would be a much better deal.

If anyone has the weights of the Jaguar optional wheels that would be great and would help me make a decision.
Thanks

Mist of the OEM 20” wheels weigh around 32 front , 34rear. The Forged wheels are not much lighter (maybe 2 lbs).

VS Forged wheels weigh around 22/24lbs front/rear. Some of their designs are 1 or 2 lbs heavier.
