What Have You Found To Be The Optimum Tire Size On Your F-Type R?

I purchased a beautiful and superb F-Type R (2016 AWD version) this past spring, and have enjoyed every moment of time spent in it. Clearly all of you owners have outstanding taste as these are simply wonderful cars.
I am now in the position of having to replace the tires. The original owner had gone up to 265/35/20's for the fronts, and 305/30/20 for the rears. I would greatly appreciate hearing about your experiences and what you feel is the optimum size for overall performance and especially handling. Your comments will assist me in arriving at exactly what size to place my order for. Thank you any assistance and recommendations.

I just moved from OEM sized 255/295 Bridgestones to 265/305 sized Yokohamas (OEM sized for SVR's and later V8s) and have experienced no negative side effects so far.
I improved my best track time, but more experience and cooler air were likely bigger contributors. I don't think you have much to worry about sticking with the sizes currently on the car.

There isn't going to be a right or wrong answer for this question. Sizing isn't standardized in the tire industry.
For example:
OEM Pirelli PZero 295/30/20 has an actual measured treadwidth of 10.7 inches
Michelin Pilot Sport 4S in a 295/30/20 has an actual measured treadwidth of 10 inches
Bridgestone Potenza S001 in 295/30/20 has actual measured treadwidth of 11.9 inches
