What is this on my windshield?

This is just to the left of the rearview mirror. I was thinking it was a toll road transponder but didn't want to peal it off if it was part of the car. The car came from the Dallas TX area.

I believe that’s a fancy barcode used to open garage doors at large apartment facilities. Certainly nothing F type related that I have ever seen.

You probably know those spotted areas are the only places you can put a transponder or radar detector - the rest of the athermic windshield blocks those.
