Meaning you don't care for the black? Heck, I thought that's what everyone was moving to. For me, sometimes I think black wheels look great while other times not so much. I think a black wheel can get lost wrapped in the black tire resulting in an area totally devoid of shadow and contrast. At the same time, I have seen some that are just drop dead gorgeous. It may be nothing more than the lighting at the time.

So, out of curiosity, why does your car have black wheels currently? Have you changed your mind about them or did they happen to come on the car you chose (e.g., pre-owned purchase)?

To my eye black wheels always look like they are covered in brake dust. And on a black car, it is the "stealth" fad carried too far. But every owner has the absolute right to fit whatever he/she finds most appealing. Give me a silver-tone wheel ( painted or polished), every time, on any colour car. The contrast between wheel and body colours is very pleasing to the eye, while black wheels give the car (every car) a very heavy, ponderous appearance.
