We love our F-Type and its not going anywhere. But, I've got a couple of empty spaces in my garage that need filled. We've been looking around at other cars, but to be honest, none of them do it for me like the F-Type, (at least the ones I can afford). Just curious what other F-Type owners have and your thoughts.
2021 Audi e-tron, 2016 Audi A6 TDI, 2010 Saab 9-3, 2010 BMW 328 wagon. Love every one of them. e-tron is sublime for about 200 miles a day, but then needs a plug. A6 gets about 40 mpg on the highway and handles pretty well. I love Saabs, period. BMW wagon is my pickup wanna-be.
I love all of our current fleet and each have their own character and use.
Mazda2 GT sedan - I got this for my daughter and then tarted it up with a modest body kit and 17 inch wheels. Huge boot, handles very well, slightly premium inside, all the safety gear, could use paddle shifts to squeeze a bit more out of those 116hp. Great small car to take when the car spaces are small, or to put some crap in the boot.
Jag XE P300 HSE - fantastic to look at, fantastic to drive, very luxurious. Reminds me of my XFs which I really liked, but handles much better. Twin scroll turbo 4 potter delivers well, as good as the 340hp F Type IMO but doesnt sound as good. Back seat a bit small and I forgot to option the folding rear seats. One of the safest cars you can buy.
2019 Mustang V8 manual - lovely mechanical feel to it all, it feels big and heavy (actually the dimensions are within a bee's dick of the F Type) but that is part of the charm, sounds fantastic and pretty well appointed, I'm actually really surprised at how much fun this car is, it is the bomber to the f Type's fighter, also mods are very cheap. Huge inside compared to the F Type, but the back seat is for people that you secretly despise and it isnt particularly safe back there (front seat safety pretty good).
F Type - love it, probably should have bought it in a manual.
I have a 2016 Range Rover Sport V8 Dynamic. It has the same engine and transmission as my F-Type. It's slower, has centre and rear locking differentials and can go pretty much anywhere.

What type of vehicle class are you leaning towards or want?
If you plan on keeping the F-Type, are you looking for another sports car? Or something completely different? Need more utility?
I have an F-Type vert - (14 V8 S) - I always like having a convertible, especially here in FL. Gets you tan fast and in style.
I also have a 2016 GT350 - awesome car. A completely different predator. Voodoo sounding manual shifting magic! Get you in trouble, fast.
2014 AEV Jeep Wrangler Rubicon - completely different than above. Go anywhere on the beach fun (now), great off-road and snow (when we lived up north), Pull the top and the doors, hose it out when you're done. Gets you places no cars go.
I recently sold my daily driver which was a BMW sedan. I now have an SUV for the dog and hauling bulking items and the F Type R. I plan on buying another daily 6 cylinder and on top of my list is either a Cayman S, Supra, or maybe a Alfa Romeo Guilia if I feel I need a 4 door. Just waiting for used car prices to get back to normal.

“slightly premium inside” love it! Although you’re spot on with Mazda - not over the top luxury but nice looking and feeling interior. Feels more expensive than they are for sure.
When I moved from one of the largest cities in the US which is at sea level up to my small mountain town which is at 6000 ft, I traded my beloved 2009 Nissan 370Z in for a Mazda CX 5 GT-Reserve SUV which has AWD and a turbocharged engine. I needed a vehicle that can handle the occasional snow and also one with cargo space for making runs down the hill for groceries or other supplies not available in this small town. It's a great performing mid sized SUV and I have been very pleased with it.
But... I missed owning a sports car immediately. I had lusted after an F Type ever since I saw the first one. My new home has a two car garage and once I got settled in to my new home and the retired lifestyle I started concocting a financial plan to acquire another sports car. So now I have the Mazda for practical purposes and the F Type for nothing but fun.
Good info. Don't really need utility. I drive a 1/2 ton truck daily. I've been watching the F-Pace SVR. Looks like fun. I was looking at some Porsche Caymen S but not sure it would do it for me after having the HP in the FType
