What pads do you use for track days?

I've been rocking the EBC yellow stuff, and while I think it did reasonably well, I can definitely feel the pads giving up the ghost nearing the end of each session, especially when I attempt hot laps and braking at the last possible second.
The cars are relatively heavy, and rather than going all out and upgrade to a set of Brembo GTs, I want to know what's your preferred pads and what your experience has been like with them. Did it survive the entire day? How did it perform? Is it daily-able? If so, how's the dust? Were they track/race only pads?

Are you willing to give up street performance in order to achieve track-happy braking? (I'm talking about those first stops on a cool morning.)

No personal experience, but Porterfield R4 (NOT R4S) have a good track rep.
There are other performance braking companies out there, and you could get a bespoke track pad compound fitted to the Jag backing plates if there isn't anything 'on the shelf'.

In general, track focused pads are going to suck on the streets. Track focused pads are designed to function at higher temperatures which can make them a bit dangerous on public streets as they may not provide the braking bite when needed if they are cold. That being said, here's a post from a member:
