Default What is this sensor for?
Hey guys, I'm getting ready to install my BlackVue cameras and for the front cam I wanted to mount it in front of the rear view mirror. I noticed this sensor on the mirror, curious as to what it is for? I searched for mirror sensor but couldn't find anythjng.

Its the front light sensor. It manages the auto dimming side and rear view mirrors (in conjunction to the rear light sensor)

Ohhhh ok, I ill figure out a better spot for the camera then. Thanks for the info!
