Default Wheel alignment question

I think I remember reading that it was best to NOT use the exact JLR alignment specs, but am unable to find the thread.
When I purchased th car in January, I had the dealer check the alignment against specs.
Now, I am about to get my AS tires fitted and not sure what the P-Zeros (8K miles) will look like when removed.
Assuming wear is even, no problem.
Otherwise, it would be good to get members recommendations.

What's your goal? Longest tire life or more grip in corners?

Longer tire life.
Just normal spirited driving.

We had our '14 aligned to factory specs after finding both F & R tires wearing on the inside edges.

Our local Mavis did the job. (Granted, it was my B-I-L's store)

The original tires were 'spent', at 14,000 miles. Now, another 14,000 miles from the replacement, ours are only half worn.
