Can’t seem to find much on leasetrader, and swapalease is all loan listings from dealers..

I have a 2017 AWD R coupe if you are interested. However, I only have 11 months left. Located in LA

 

I think the problem may be who does the lease financing. I heard the in house JLR /Chase do not permit lease transfers at all...

 

Another problem might be that no-one would want to prematurely terminate the lease on an R unless they were having hassles with it. Or were insane!

 

You are correct. I looked into taking over a lease and the JLR/Chase financing would not allow lease takeovers. I've hear you can basically 'sublease' by keeping all the paperwork in the original owner's name, but that raises several concerns for me.
