Default Winter Setup on R

Hey guys, just wondering what sort of winter rims/tire setup do folks put on their F Type R?

I could only find 19s Pirelli Sottozeros. How about width/aspect ratio?

Would appreciate any suggestions/pictures. Many thanks!

You might also take a look at tires with slightly narrower tread widths if you don't want to go with wheels as well as tires....a 10-15 or so narrower width would not amount to much.
Obviously a "winter" tire is better than "all seasons " if you actually see a fair bit of snow/ice where you live.
Someone on here pointed a set of wheels and tires may cost more than a winter beater...and you avoid the ravages of salt/sand/ others sliding into you...

Just had installed the Sottozeros series 2 on my R awd, keeping to the original 20" alloys. No idea how good they are yet it's barely going below 6*c during the day here in the UK (for now).

Strangely, buying tyres directly from Jaguar was the cheapest option for me which also included fitting and free tyre storage.

You can get the Sottozeros in 20's - I have a set of series 3 waiting to go on the storm wheels. Just call around to your tire suppliers they should be able to bring them in. Also IMHO the series 3 are a better snow tire than the 2

I have 20 inch x 8.5 Nokians for sale in classifieds. Had them on my XF. Great winter tires.
