You might also take a look at tires with slightly narrower tread widths if you don't want to go with wheels as well as tires....a 10-15 or so narrower width would not amount to much.
Obviously a "winter" tire is better than "all seasons " if you actually see a fair bit of snow/ice where you live.
Someone on here pointed a set of wheels and tires may cost more than a winter beater...and you avoid the ravages of salt/sand/ others sliding into you...

Just had installed the Sottozeros series 2 on my R awd, keeping to the original 20" alloys. No idea how good they are yet it's barely going below 6*c during the day here in the UK (for now).
Strangely, buying tyres directly from Jaguar was the cheapest option for me which also included fitting and free tyre storage.
