Default Winter wheels and tires for R-dynamic

I am a new owner of a 2019 R-dynamic F-type coupe that came with upgraded 20" summer tires in Canada. I want to buy a winter set and there are a few people selling 18" OEM rims that came with their base models from previous years. Would the 18" wheels clear the calipers on my car? And would you advise to keep them staggered or buy the front size for all 4 to give better winter traction and have more variety in tire options? I seem to only find the Pirelli sottozeros in stock for 18" rears. The other option is to come 19" wheels as there are Michelin X-ice available in that size at Costco

It all depends on your front brakes.
If they are the 380 mm ones then 18" OEM Jag wheels will not fit over the calipers but 19" and 20" will.
I think a 2019 R-Dynamic has the 380 mm front brakes.
The easiest way to check is to take a front wheel off and look down the side of the brake caliper where either 380 or 355 will be embossed into the caliper mounting bracket.

Am I correct that all-season tires are not legal in Canada for Winter?
I think I read that tires needed a snow/ice symbol to be legal.
Perhaps it depends on the province?
