One of my wiper blades is not moving.. Granted its the passenger side. Anyone had experience with this or know a fix?
I was thinking it was because of the cold and it has been icy the past few days. Though even when it warmed up some and there was no ice on car, and looked for anything obstructing it, and looks ready to work but doesn't

Maybe the retaining nut has come loose or the spindle has sheared.
Easy to check - remove the plastic cap on top of the mounting nut (gently pry with a flat blade screwdriver) then check the nut with a 13 mm socket.
The usual failure on modern wiper linkages is the nylon bush (arrowed). It's a ball and socket joint. The metal ball wears the nylon socket and pops out. Result is loss of wiper motion on that side.
Not available separately from Jaguar but universal repair kits are available which may fit.
