Default Wires through Firewall

Hello, does anyone know the location of where the engine wires enter the cabin through the firewall?

Attempting a mod to replace the crappy horn lock chirps with a more proper luxury sounding electronic beep module.

Why not just turn off the chirps?

On RHD vehicles the rubber grommet with the main harness inside is right next to the passenger footwell fuse box. I used it to run the front camera cables through the bulkhead. I suspect it will be the same location (mirrored) for LHD vehicles, but if not it may be to the left of your pedals.

I have turned off the chirps, but i miss the satisfaction of a tone that tells me all is well.

Awesome will take a look over the weekend. Would be great if it wires through the passenger footwell because all the wires I need to tap are there.

Will report back once project is complete.

Hello,

I dig up this topic to find out if you could find the cable passage between the engine and the passenger compartment?

Thank you.

I am thinking your best bet is going to be under these panels. There are lots of fuses and looms, and easy to remove to check.
