Automotive Air Conditioning Troubleshooting guide
Hi guys
I got the attached PDF's from an old air conditioning text book I own.
It has a chapter on automotive air conditioning. It is written pretty simply and with old hand drawn diagrams but I just thought I would share it as it might be of some help to others.
Correct me if I am wrong but I believe the refrigerant/freon/gas used in older autos is R12. As this was Ozone depleting it is no longer produced (however bottles may still be available due to reclaimation) but the standard freon now is R134A
each pdf is numbed in it's file name so you can read it in order.
