Car overheating and hole in coolant tubing

Default Car overheating and hole in coolant tubing


Can somebody tell me what this piece is called? This is the second time in a month a hole has burned through the pipe causing the car to smoke and overheat making it unsafe to drive. I want to order the part and replace myself can someone help me?

It would help a LOT if you told us what model of car and exactly what engine!
