Hi everyone
I'm new on here and said quick hello earlier but I am looking for some help identifying these carburetors. I picked them up in a sale, someone mentioned they were off a mk2 but I doubt they are having done some research.
Anyway here in UK there is a major supplier of SU carb parts, I rang them but they can't identify what vehicle thy came off as the id tag is missing some digits.![Frown](https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/images/smilies/frown.gif)
All that there is are the numbers '816'.
They guy at SU thought it may be AUC 816 which would make the vehicle they came off a Daimler Conquest 2.5
He's sure they are HD 6 and they are 1 3/4 inch.
Has anyone come across these before? Its bugging me not knowing what they once belonged to.
Cheers
