The link that Christo is providing does not include 2004 models.

I recently got the 2005 TIS, and it has the 2004 model years, see Quads ebay link, that's where I got it.

99% of the 04s will be similar to the 03s, with the exception of the XJs of course. Color coding on the electrical wiring is the first that comes to mind being different.

No, but because it's a free hosting site, there are limits as to how many files you can download at a time, and how much data you can download during a day. I don't remember the limits, but this used to download just fine with the free download links shown in the image below.
