Does anyone have a copy of the Motorola ( became Freescale, then became NXP) 68HC916Y5 processor datasheet?
I believe it is a proprietary Denso private label only part, and does not seem to be a similar pinout compared to any of the other 916 variants for which data sheets are available, such as the Y3, Y1, Z1, R1, etc., and is most likely the processor used in the AJ27 ECU
- it uses two of them, labelled Denso 151851-3830
It seems there was a copy (in Japanese) posted on forums.openecu.org in about 2008, but that site has been down for months, so not accessible (and not logged by the wayback machine, unfortunately)
Other than that, I've had no other hits on internet searches.
