Front steering knuckle

Front steering knuckle
I have had the front wheel bearings replaced. They claimed that they had a hard time getting the abs thing off so they had to heat it up and break it. All and all job done after just a couple of months one bearing had to be replaced because it failed. I noticed that the tires started wearing bad on the outside so I took it to Firestone and had them put new Bridgestone Turanza with serenity plus tires on it and a front end allingment they said that both my steering knuckles were bent and flat out said that it was done when they did my wheel besrings. Is that possible?

Firstly, WELCOME.
I know not what model Jag we are sorting, so that would be nice to know.
The steering knuckles (tie rod ends down here), do wear out, fact.
The shaft they screw onto is just like a threaded rod (we call them rack ends), and YES, some dumb gorilla could bend them. They do bend if you clobber a curb too hard, it is the design factor.
Once I/we know the car involved, some specific answers will be forthcoming.
