Help with iNControl Touch Pro Update
I can’t even begin to tell you all the issues I’ve had with Jaguar and I won’t, but I would like a little help with this since they were all too incompetent to figure it out. I went into service yesterday for a routine annual service on my 2017 XE 35t and after 3 hours (as I waited) I went back to see what the hell was going on. They tell me their having issues updating my iNControl Pro system and give me the car back with this paper work staying “Failed-Needs IMC Update”. Anyone know what this means or to do it? I really don’t know how it’s gonna get done when Jaguar themselves couldn’t do it. THANKS.
