Hi there guys.
I have a 2011 XF 3.0 Premium Luxury RHD that has an issue with the infotainment.
When trying to connect a phone you get the screen below, my problem is that nothing happens when you hit the YES button, it refuses to do a search.
Any solutions?

Your phone module is stuffed, best option is to replace it with a 2nd hand one...

 

And trying a hard reset wouldn't perhaps sort the issue?

 

You can try.... maybe it will... if it doesn't, your phone module is stuffed...

 

Thanks, will try the Positive off the battery to Negative for 10 seconds and see if it sorts it.
