Macjag, there is a solution to your problem. The issue is this will also destroy the locking lug nut. If you are interested in this process, please let me know. I am not going to post it here for the general public to see as it is a way to bypass the security feature we have on our cars. I am sure you can appreciate this. You wouldn't want instructions for stealing the wheels off of your car posted for the general public to see.
granted, I would think that if you went to your local Jaguar dealer, they should be able to get the key that you need for your wheels. You will just need to bring proof of registration with you so they know you are getting it for your car and not trying to steal someone else's wheels.

In the US you can go to any tire shop and they will have it off in about 10 minutes. BUT as Chris posted above that will be the end of locking lug nut. I always remove these when I get a car. What I have found over the years I simple don't park my Jaguar anywhere I need to worry about things like this.
Now I know that depending on where you live this might not be the solution and indeed you will want to keep the locking lug nuts installed.
