Have you actually read through the thread? It details the original JEPC image loss issue caused by the partial removal of Adobe Flash Player, the workaround which fixed this and now the total disabling of Flash Player by MS update KB477586 last week which again prevents images displaying in JEPC.

I never read who starts the threads, 'cause it's not important to me.
I read that there was a workaround, i'm anyways a computer specialist and i don't have the sw yet to find out it's working or not.
I'm pretty sure you'll forgive me

I have found out a few more things but no solution. There are 2 different Flash Players on your computer.
1. This is the browser extension Flash player that you can see and remove in Add/Remove Programs.
2. But there is another one that is for playing Flash content on your computer as required by programs installed on your computer such as JEPC. This is found in all Control Panel Items. If this is removed then those programs that use it will be broken as we have found out with JEPC!
This 2nd one is what controls Flash in JEPC. It also does not need to be removed at least that's what some computer experts say? It's different and NOT a security risk.
Here is an explanation of why.
There are two parts to the above video if your interested.
You normally can't remove this but now Microsoft is also removing this second part and you can't find any way to reinstall it but I do have a copy that I can install and remove.
Here is the version I have installed now.
I can get the diagrams in JEPC to come up but they are in the wrong place as I posted above. It's all controlled by the content in these two directories as posted above by MoJo88.
on 64-bit Windows - C:\Windows\SysWow64\Macromed\Flash
on 32-bit Windows - C:\Windows\System32\Macromed\Flash
If you delete what's in those two directories you will only get black "X's" when running JEPC.
Here is what is in my System32 folder.
Here is what is in my SysWow64 folder.
I don't know enough to say why the differences or what they all do either.
Just wanted to post as a further explanation and hopefully help someone figure out how to fix JEPC!!

I have more than half-a-dozen Windows 7 or XP computers but only ONE win 10. I only use the WIN 10 for the internet so all my others are for Jaguar and VW diagnosis software or keeping business invoices etc. Some are just old backup units that have old programs that I still use occasionally.
eBay is full of old, cheap computers with Win 7 or XP that still work fine. They don't need to be connected to the internet or have automatic updates!!!!

Well I got it working and thanks to everyone's contributions too!
Gave up on Win10 after a number of tries. Got the pictures working as posted above but the diagram was in the wrong spot. Never could figure it out.
Went to a Win7 virtual machine. Got it working with some effort. Not great but at least I have a working copy of JEPC.
But what a battle!

It looks like JLR have dropped the old style of JEPC that I and many other members use. The current login looks like this:
I have an Independent TOPIx login which doesn't work for this Parts Catalogue although I expect it probably would if I buy some "time". However, that's a very expensive way of accessing the Parts Catalogue.
I needed an alternative which is as reliable and accessible as my JEPC 2018 was before the Flash Player disaster. A copy of JEPC functions properly on an old Windows 10 32-bit PC which is never online and therefore doesn't update. It's a solution to the Flash Player/graphics issue but not a particularly convenient one for me.
I use a Windows 10 64-bit PC for forum access and JEPC broke on this with the recent removal of Flash Player. Tried several alternatives to Adobe Flash Player and the only one that worked at all with JEPC was Flash Player Pro.
This is "try and buy" software with a 15 day trial period and a 47 UKP single licence fee. JEPC graphics will display BUT in the top left of the screen obscuring the text instead of the right hand side.
OracleVM looked a possible solution. I started with a clean install of Windows 10 set to NEVER update. To communicate with the host PC, Oracle VM requires Guest Additions to be installed and the source folder(s) on the host set to share. Copying JEPC is a lengthy process. My 2018 version is more than 2GB with over one million files. It took more than two hours to copy.
JEPC worked as before with the graphics appearing in the correct screen position. However, loading the Windows 10 OS was painfully slow and no amount of tweaking settings made it an acceptable solution.
I then tried again with Windows 7 Ultimate. A clean install in OracleVM with updates DISABLED followed by copying JEPC from my host PC. Boot time was quick and JEPC opened and loaded ................ without graphics!
Next move was to install Flash Player Pro in the Windows 7 virtual machine. SUCCESS! The VM loads fast, JEPC opens quickly and graphics appear in the right screen position.
I'll go to the end of the Flash Player Pro test period to check this is a resilient solution before buying the software.

I also have my JEPC back working with graphics on my main Windows 10 64 PC, I was unable to find a way to reverse the KB477586 update, but like GGG's solution it was a long and time consuming process. A fast broadband connection helps.
I want a fully up to date Windows installation, connected to the internet and allowing all future security etc. updates.
My solution was to download the latest install version of Windows 10 64 (20H2 19042.631), at the moment Microsoft is still supplying the version before Flash was affected.
Do a Windows 10 upgrade install, which basically just overwrites the Windows system retaining all your programmes/apps etc. and placing it back to the state before the evil KB477586 update was applied that crippled JEPC.
Then using the "Show or Hide Windows updates troubleshooter" quickly select to hide and never install KB477586, that is until Microsoft issues another evil Flash removal update under a different KB number.
But this time I am ready. I have done a complete clone of my system so that I can always go back in time and stop it installing, but this time in a much quicker/easier way.
