Please Help with I.D. of Jaguar Rear Suspension

I just recently purchased a 32 Ford with an independent rear jag suspension. I need to determine model/year range of this unit! It has a bottom drain plug - Salisbury not a Dana) and is 56" in width (hub flange to hub flange), 5 lug hubs (4.75"). The tag on the rear cover is 13/46 (3.54) gear ratio.
There are some casting numbers on bottom of diff. of which I can read most of the numbers/letters as they are worn..... C4HU-004-X5. The second zero and the X are guesses! I would appreciate any assistance with suggestions on what model/year range this suspension is that's in my street rod. There is excessive plat in the flange on the hubs and the diff. leaks pretty bad so it needs some repairs.
I'm enclosing some pictures to help with the I.D.
Thanks,
Chuck
