Thumbs down Poor Experience Purchasing From Autoplicity

Not sure if this is the right forum to be voicing this, but wanted to drop a small warning out to anyone who is considering purchasing parts from Autoplicity.

I placed an order with them on 17th June and on 27th June am still waiting for them to ship. I purchased EBC brake pads from them at the best price on the internet (just) and they showed 3 sets available.

My 2007 XKR rear pads were on their last legs when I ordered and last night I heard the sound of metal on metal when I broke. Needless to say, XKR4DAD is now in my garage and will not come out again until I get the pads.

Shame on me for leaving it so late to order, and shame on Autoplicity for failing to support their customers!
